About Heather
Hi there! I’m Heather, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way to Mama’s Lasagna. As a former teacher, writer, yogi, lifelong learner, and now a first-time grandmother, life has given me plenty of opportunities to embrace the messiness and beauty of each new chapter. I’m a widowed mom of six incredible kids (one of whom is always with me in spirit), and my home has long been a place where lasagna isn’t just a meal, it’s a symbol of warmth, comfort, and love.
For years, my kitchen table has been the go-to spot for family, friends, and my kids' friends to gather, share stories, and ask for advice. Whether it’s navigating big life changes, dealing with grief, or just needing a bit of motherly wisdom, I’ve always had a seat for those in need. And now, as a first-time grandmother, I’m learning to see life through yet another new lens—one that’s even more focused on the little moments that bring joy.
Mama’s Lasagna is a podcast that extends that kitchen table to all of you. Whether you have a mom to turn to or not, I’m here to offer the warmth of motherly advice, one episode at a time. We’ll tackle life’s messes together—sharing love, laughter, and a lot of heart along the way.
So, pull up a chair, grab your favorite comfort food, and let’s chat. I’m here for you.
